DV8 Activation

After you have installed DV8, you need to activate it before first use. Based on the security requirement of your organization, you can choose online or offline activation. 

Online DV8 Activation

If you have an internet connection, follow these steps for online activation:

1. Launch the DV8 application.
2. If this is your first time activating DV8, a pop-up window will appear as follows.
3. Enter your License Key and Activation Code in the designated fields.
4. Click on the Activate button.

       

5. DV8 will connect to the activation server, validate your information, and complete the activation.
6. Once activated, you should see a confirmation message. You're all set to start using DV8!

Offline DV8 Activation

If you do not have internet access, a pop-up window will appear with the following steps:     

1. Click on the Offline Activate section.
2. The following window will pop up with your Machine Code automatically extracted: 

3. Click on Copy Machine Code to copy the code to your clipboard.
4. Email the machine code to support@archdia.com. You will receive an email with an Activation Code.
5. Enter the Activation Code in the designated field, then click the Activate button.
6. Once activated, a confirmation message will appear. You're all set to start using DV8!
